No Knee Pain

thank God, i'm still NOT suffering from more knee pain.
i did not run today, nor yesterday.
i still have a bit of right shinny-splinty pain from tues
(and prob sunday's race-after-15-days-of-no-running)
so i thought i'd play it safe this time 'round.

i will set my alarm tonite & attempt my first morning outing in 2 1/2 wks.
good thing: it's no longer BLACK AS NITE that early...
bad thing: it's COLDER and i'm outta practice...

shall i go for a long walk? or shall i jog?
i'm determined to take it easy.

problem is i 'can' lose more weight, running.
running slowly and lightly, and INfrequently,
i must be much more careful w/ eating and
give up much more. UGH.
"and there's the rub!"

ah me.
Help me, Lord.

Hi Doll - Glad to hear the pain is lessening! Glad to hear you are going to see a doc to check it all out! Sorry the "order" hasn't been sent yet. I was hoping!!! We are done with our long week - - my fri didn't end until 7:30 - d has still been having headaches - wish he would get better and stay that way! glad to hear that you are enjoying your electronic device. i can never remember what it is called.
